    You may easily welcome a team member or create anything in your account using the dashboard, which provides you with a rapid overview of the financial state and status of your company. Based on your reports, each graph offers an overview of your data.

  • How do I get started in XtraKit?

    XtraKit welcomes you! We can help you make accounting simple, whether you're a business owner now or are just starting while following your passion. With our mobile applications, you may use XtraKit on your computer or mobile device, but it does require an internet connection to function. Sign up for an Account 1. Go to the Sign up page 2. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email & Password 3. Click Sign UP 4. Check your email to verify your account 5. Complete your business profile, You'll be set to go.

  • How do I add, edit, or delete a payment?

    Payments are automatically added when invoices are created, anytime you delete a payment it means the invoice is not paid. You can easily do that by navigating to Sales > Payment Received

  • How do I manage my online payments settings?

    It's very important to implement your online payment settings, visit xtrakit dashboard, go to sales > payment links > click on setup payment. Now choose your preferred payment gateway and enter LIVE API keys to connect to XtraKit

  • What are Payment Links?

    You can create payment links on an invoice for your customers to pay you using any third-party payment integration like PayStack & Flutterwave. For example; you can create a link with an invoice amount, and customer details then send it to customers view email or any social platforms.

  • How does the free trial works?

    You’ll have 30 days to try XtraKit, risk-free. No credit card is required to start a trial.

  • What if I pick the wrong plan?

  • How much does XtraKit cost?

    XtraKit’s pricing starts at GHS25 per 2-user per month for the Starter plan. The Growth plan offers additional features for businesses at GHS55 per 5-user per month, and the Enterprise plan offers solutions for businesses at scale at GHS105 per 15-user per month. Annually, the Starter plan costs GHS250 per 2-user, the Growth plan is GHS550 per 5-user annually, and the Enterprise plan is GHS1105 per 15-user per year.
